Effective from January 1, 2025.

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between the European NeuroGraphica Center, headed by director Marieta Kolcheva, as well as the author and copyright holder of the NeuroGraphica® method and other methods taught within the educational programs of the European NeuroGraphica Center (hereinafter referred to as "Party 1"), and the individuals who join this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Party 2").

1. Subject of the Agreement

 

1.1. The goal of implementing and applying this Agreement by its participants is to provide the public and target audience of the European NeuroGraphica Center (hereinafter "ENC") with accurate and complete information about the theory, methods, practices, training forms, and other important matters.
Information security is ensured by the accuracy of definitions, citations, and references.
The parties recognize the equality of all people in their right to mutual respect and psychological comfort.

 

1.2. Obligations to Achieve the Goals
To achieve the goals outlined in clause 1.1, the parties are obliged to strictly adhere to the "Pure School" quality standard, which includes the following provisions:

• Ensuring a safe informational, legal, and psychological environment, especially for new users of the European Educational Center;

• Avoiding conflicts with third parties (including clients) and between the parties to this agreement;

• Using standardized terminology, as well as creative and disciplined development of educational content;

• Promoting an environment that supports creativity and personal development for all members of the NeuroCommunity.

 

1.3. Use of Provided Resources
Party 1 provides resources that Party 2 agrees to use, including but not limited to websites, social media groups, channels, and messenger communities, for posting text information, audio, video, and photo materials, as well as links to third-party resources.

 

1.4. Compliance with Related Provisions
In addition to the terms specified in this Agreement, the parties agree to comply with the provisions of the Appendices to it.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

 

2.1. Rights of Party 1
Party 1 has the right to:

• Monitor the activities of Party 2;

• Modify the provisions of this User Agreement and its Appendices if necessary;

• Limit or remove access to its resources;

• Block user accounts or refuse registration.

 

2.2. Obligations of Party 1
Party 1 is obliged to:

• Support Party 2 in adhering to the "Pure School" standard;

• Guarantee the accuracy of the provided information;

• Ensure the functionality of its resources, except in cases of force majeure;

• Guarantee the protection of personal data.

 

2.3. Rights of Party 2
Party 2 has the right to:

• Receive complete information from Party 1;

• Publish or comment on content on Party 1's resources in compliance with the provisions of this User Agreement;

• Use the provided information solely for non-commercial purposes.

 

2.4. Obligations of Party 2
Party 2 is obliged to:

• Not disseminate content that is prohibited by law or of an inappropriate nature;

• Maintain the integrity of Party 1’s resources;

• Not create false data or multiple accounts;

• Respect the copyright of Party 1 and correctly cite sources.

 

 

3. Responsibility of the Parties

 

3.1. Responsibility of Party 2
Party 2 is fully responsible for violations of this User Agreement. Party 1 has the right to impose sanctions, including:

• Warning;

• Revocation of the "Pure School" quality mark;

• Removal of professional status in case of serious violations.

 

3.2. Exemption from Liability of Party 1
Party 1 is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of information copied from external sources;

• Discrepancies between expectations and the actual services provided;

• Services provided by third parties.

 

3.3. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, legislative restrictions), Party 1 is not responsible for storing information or ensuring the uninterrupted operation of its resources.

4. Agreement Duration

 

4.1. This User Agreement takes effect upon written consent of Party 2.

 

4.2. The Agreement is indefinite.

 

 

5. Additional Terms

 

5.1. Party 1 agrees to continue developing a system of benefits and privileges for members.

 

5.2. Every two years, qualification confirmation is required to receive the "Pure School" quality mark.

6. Appendices

 

6.1. Copyrights
All trademarks and methods are the intellectual property of Party 1. Violations may lead to legal actions and compensation claims.

 

6.2. Patent Protection
The NeuroGraphica® method is protected by a trademark (No. 166933, 21.03.2023).

6.5. Development Opportunities for Specialists with the "Pure School" Quality Mark

• Participation in conferences organized by Party 1, as well as in live public broadcasts.

• Priority inclusion in the alphabetical lists of graduates.

• The opportunity to request and receive support from Party 1.

 

6.6. Development Opportunities for Instructors with the "Pure School" Quality Mark

• Opportunity to become an official supervisor in one of the European NeuroGraphica Center’s schools.

• Additional qualifications and the right to conduct courses for specialists within the schools of the European NeuroGraphica Center.

• Accreditation of personal programs within the educational programs of Party 1, provided relevant requirements are met.

• Opportunity to apply for opening your own NeuroCafe® or taking a leadership position in NeuroCafe®.

• Participation in conferences and live public broadcasts organized by Party 1.

• Priority inclusion in the alphabetical lists of graduates.

• The opportunity to request and receive support from Party 1.
